WAYS TO DRIVE TO BORGO ARGENINA B&B: |

Borgo Argenina is not located in the Gaiole city, but in the country, at the end of a 700mt gravel road in the Chianti vineyards. We are close to the village of Monti in Gaiole in Chianti territory.

GPS. coordinates: 43°23’11” North Latitude and 011°25’01” East Longitude |
|
|
Km 14 Road 408 s.p. SIENA - GAIOLE - MONTEVARCHI.
|
|
|
At the Km14 turn at the crossroad towards MONTI.
|
|
|
Drive road 114 s.p. 700 mt. towards MONTI village.
Sometime GPS tells you to turn right towards a little path. Do not turn there. Just go ahead for 700mt
|
|
|
Before "Monti di Sotto" sign, turn right towards a large gravel road, s.c. 22 to Lucignano. You will see a big modern building. It's a winery.

Drive for about 100 mt and see our sign. BORGO ARGENINA
|

Our “HIDDEN TREASURE HAMLET” is straight at the very end of the mt 700 gravel road on the top of the hill. |

My dogs Pasqualina and Giuseppina will greet you at arrival to our hidden treasure. They will show you the way to check in. |

FROM FLORENCE OR PISA AIRPORT :
Take A1 Autostrada towards Roma Do not exit Firenze city.
Exit A1 when you see the sign SIENA-IMPRUNETA
Than take highway (named Firenze - Siena) towards SIENA.
When you approach Siena do not exit from highway, but keep going towards AREZZO (E78)
for about 7 km
Exit when you see the sign MONTEAPERTI - CASETTA.
Turn left toward Monteaperti - Pianella and stay on the main road for about 9km.
At the stop,
you will be on road 408s.s. Gaiole - Siena
Turn right towards GAIOLE IN CHIANTI for 4 km.
Then turn right when you see the sign MONTI.
Follow sign toward Monti village for 600 mt, then turn right towards our sign BORGO ARGENINA
and keep going straight ahead 800 mt on gravel road.
Please be aware, we are BORGO ARGENINA
Do not follow any other similar sign. |

From Firenze centre, follow signs SIENA :
Take highway (named Firenze - Siena) towards Siena.
When you approach Siena do not exit from highway, but keep going towards AREZZO (E78)
for about 7 km
Exit when you see the sign MONTEAPERTI - CASETTA.
Turn left toward Monteaperti - Pianella and stay on the main road for about 9 km.
At the stop,
you will be on road 408s.s. Gaiole - Siena
Turn right towards GAIOLE IN CHIANTI for 4 km.
Then turn right when you see the sign MONTI.
Follow sign toward Monti village for 600 mt, then turn right towards our sign BORGO ARGENINA
and keep going straight ahead 800 mt on gravel road.

FROM ROMA :
Take A1 towards FIRENZE
Exit VALDICHIANA - SIENA
ATake highway road E78 called Siena - Bettolle and drive towards SIENA for 37 km
Exit when you see the sign MONTEAPERTI - CASETTA.
Turn left toward Monteaperti - Pianella and stay on the main road for about 9 km.
At the stop, you will be on road 408s.s. Gaiole - Siena
Turn right towards GAIOLE IN CHIANTI for 4 km.
Then turn right when you see the sign MONTI.
Follow sign toward Monti village for 600 mt, then turn right towards our sign BORGO ARGENINA
and keep going straight ahead 800 mt on gravel road. Do not turn left.

Follow sign Siena on road 408ss.
Turn right after 15 km from Gaiole town when you see the second sign MONTI
Monti
is a small
village 2 km from Borgo Argenina
From the 408s.s. follow sign toward Monti village for 600 mt, then turn right towards our sign
BORGO ARGENINA and keep going straight ahead 800 mt on gravel road. Do not turn left.
