Italian Cooking Classes in Tuscany
Our Italy cooking classes evenings are an exciting experience that’s not to be missed.
You, the guests, will become chefs for one special evening, as I teach you how to prepare a traditional Italian meal. We will then enjoy the feast together!
We will cook together in our spacious Tuscan kitchen, chopping vegetables, garlic and onions, making pasta and cakes around the large wooden table, mixing eggs with sugar and flour and stirring my mother’s ragù on the stove.
While preparing the meal and chatting with other fellow guests, you will also enjoy unlimited Chianti wine!
It is a delightful way to make new friends, share a great meal and have some fun.
When you arrive in Borgo Argenina, you will receive my cookbook with my family’s recipes: Attilia’s homemade pasta, fettuccine and lasagne; my mamma’s ragù and gnocchi; Carla’s risotto milanese; Angela’s pork loin; Rosina’s special chicken dish, pollo cacciatore; Franca’s pinolata (pine nut cake); my grandmother’s unique tiramisù with mascarpone and amaretto cookies, and Aunt Maria’s famous limoncello!
I wrote this booklet a few years ago to be able to pass on to my guests all the traditional family recipes I learnt from my mother, and from all the beautiful mothers and friends I cherish. I’m thankful to all of them for teaching me and sharing their passion for cooking. Now I will share these Tuscany recipes to you, during our Italian cooking classes.
